My story

I am a highly sensitive person, something I once thought was a flaw but now recognize as a profound gift. Feeling deeply allows me to empathize with others, walking alongside them on their healing journeys and offering understanding and support as they reconnect with themselves.

I earned a bachelor's degree in business, driven by a desire to honor my father, who passed away during my studies. I dedicated my degree to him, a tribute to his enduring influence and love.

During my final exams, I ended a five-year relationship marked by domestic violence. In the aftermath, I hit rock bottom, overwhelmed by pain and disconnection from myself. I wanted everything to stop. I took too many pills, hoping for a break from it all, and sent a text to my mom to let her know what I’d done. She took me to the hospital. I was furious—at her, at everyone, but especially at myself for all those years of feeling disconnected, powerless, and lost.

After being in a psychiatric clinic for several weeks, my mom took me to see a man who facilitated family constellations. This experience changed my life. I had the opportunity to be with someone representing my father. Through this connection, I could feel him again, say everything I needed to say, and promise him that I would never try to end my life again. I also gained clarity about why I had clung to my toxic relationship: I was unconsciously compensating for the loss of my father with my ten-year-older partner.

The day after this powerful experience, I began NLP coaching, which became another turning point in my healing. Within just a few sessions, I felt like I had reconnected with myself. I imagined swapping my heart for an adult heart—a symbolic transformation—and began taking steps toward the life I wanted.

I finished my degree, dedicating my achievement to my dad, and then set out to travel. New Zealand was calling me, and my journey began in 2016 on Waiheke Island. Waiheke became a profoundly transformative place for me, where I spent most of my time writing my upcoming book and manifesting the partner and love of my life.

Six months later, I met him in Blenheim. Together, we traveled the world—exploring Europe, Asia, and Chile, where we got married. Now, years later, we’ve returned to Waiheke Island, the place where my solo travels began and where I continue to write new chapters of my life.

About my work

Connecting you to your authentic self

As a therapist, I see my role as walking beside my clients on their journey to reconnect with their authentic selves. My own experiences—navigating profound loss, surviving an abusive relationship, and undergoing deep personal transformation—have shaped my understanding of healing. Through my sensitivity, I offer a compassionate, empathetic presence, creating a space for clients to rediscover who they truly are beneath the pain and conditioning.

Having personally walked the path of self-discovery, I guide others in shedding old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them, helping them embrace their inner truth, power, and purpose. My work is about supporting clients as they heal, find clarity, and step into a life that feels authentic and true to themselves.
